Many of our schools are impacted and simply do not have a place to store the items, so we are using LPLTC as a central location to gather donations and deliver to the impacted schools.

Employee Return to Work Survey
 All Employees - YOU are important to us and vital to our return to school. Please complete the survey located at HERE so that we can best assist you in returning to work while we open schools in the most efficient way possible.



 Recovery Update: 8-26-16
 1. Teachers from across the parish are working at all the impacted schools the next two days inventorying damaged items.
 2.  All employees please check in with your supervisor if you have not done so yet. Please fill out the survey above.
 3.  Plans for the return of students will be announced very soon.
 4. FEMA will have a mobile team at Springfield Elementary School August 25th and 26th.

**A Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) is open in Springfield for disaster survivors.
        * Federal, State and Local experts are on hand to meet personally with survivors to answer questions and help with your recovery process. 
        * The Springfield DRC is at the American Legion Hall, 26200 Hwy 43, from 8 am to 6 pm daily until further notice. 
** These recovery centers will continue to be opened in areas throughout Louisiana to help meet the needs of those recovering from the floods. Survivors may visit any Louisiana DRC, as they established.

A disaster recovery center will open on Saturday, August 27, in Livingston Parish to assist Louisiana flood survivors. The center is open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., seven days a week, until further notice.The disaster recovery center is at:
